Hey Everyone,
First let me apologize for the lack of updates. I was having issues making cards, and still am... but then I decided to take a leave of absence from Cliques and focus mainly on the forums. As you may have noticed the Forums have gone through some major and minor changes... I wanted them to be more user friendly... and somewhat more welcoming. I believe they are just that. There are more challenges, more to talk about and more to do. Unfortunately not everyone has taken to the changes.

Cliques is officially on a Hiatus, but the Forums are still active. Bev seems to be the only member who uses the card claim... thanks Bev. There are some Christmas activities available to play on the forums. You'll earn Exposure Keys and will be able to change those into cards at some point very soon in the future.

I know I'm not a great owner, I've always known this. But I honestly try to do the best I can... But sometimes I need a break so that I don't get sick of running the TCG. I'd like to find a way to drag it to the 5 year mark if possible, and if we hit that then I'll aim for 10. I foresee a lot of breaks in the next 2 1/2 years.

Not many people are interested in Cliques, which is sad... A lot of people dislike the idea of an "everything" TCG. I actually thought about phasing out the whole "everything" idea and to focus on mainly entertainment but then realized that even then I wouldn't be able to please everyone. So Cliques will remain everything, but I will still add a lot of Entertainment type decks in the future.

In the meantime, I am going to try to work on some cards... I'll find a way to make it work if it kills me. And leave you with a few Christmas freebies. Please read below.

• one card from each of the letters in c h r i s t m a s (no more than 2 from the same deck)
• one card with the number 12
• one card with the number 25 (which may be special if you wish)
• one card with a green border
• one card with a red border
• one card from each of the letters in d e c e m b e r (no more than 2 from the same deck)
• one card of choice from a movie poster, cd cover, tv poster deck. any one of those.
• one card of choice from any special deck worth 2

Well I'll come back and claim the freebies later (when my fingers aren't freezing off from all the snow and the -4 temp outside,lol) but just wanted to say that you know I love Cliques.I do think you're a great owner even though there are breaks like this.It's better to have a happy TCG owner that isn't sick of it all than one that just continues to plod along and update all the time just for the sake of it.Take all the time you need off whenever you need it Emma.And a Merry Christmas to you too xx
